一面做一面笑 - 简易Cake Pops

当你想应急时, 可以考虑这个哦!  那天老爷的表叔家有集会, 
要我带一些家乡的小吃, 我选择了酿豆腐 + 炸鱼丸。
 后来想想, 小孩呢? 外国长大的孩子, 又有几个会珍惜酿豆腐呢?
还是弄些小孩喜欢的吧, 但我又不想太麻烦, 
所以用了超简单的食谱, O(∩_∩)O哈!
一面做一面笑。 真好, 会变通的人在这世界上真好!

No Bake Oreo Cake Pops (Recipe from Jo Cooks)
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes
Yield: 16 cake pops
Serving Size: 1 cake pop

  • 300g Oreo cookies
  • 150g cream cheese
  • melting chocolate
  • sprinkles
  1. Place the cookies in a food processor and pulse it a few times, until thoroughly crumbled.
  2. Pour the crumbs in a bowl and add the cream cheese. Using your hands thoroughly mix the cream cheese in with the crumbs. Roll the dough into 1 inch balls. Refrigerate balls for at least 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Melt chocolate according to package instructions. Take out the cake balls and stick the lollipop stick in them, then dip them in the chocolate one by one. Sprinkle with colored sprinkles if desired. Refrigerate again until chocolate sets.
