另一番风味- 酸柑派

第一次吃这酸酸甜甜的派时就钟情于它,很爱很爱,又爱它那淡淡的色彩,千辛万苦下终于求到了食谱,做了两回,每一次都得到好评,上星期又想念它了,终于在今天买到了酸橙后,泊不急待的完成了我的酸橙派。

我们的酸柑卖得太贵了,纽币16元/公斤,要不这派就不算太贵了。


材料
135克饼干  60克砂糖 75克牛油(软化)400克炼乳  125ML鲜榨酸柑汁 2小匙酸柑皮屑   2颗全蛋  300ML奶油


做法

  1. 预热烤箱170C, 将饼干磨碎,加入牛油和砂糖压入派盘里。

  2. 炼乳与蛋黄稍微用叉子混匀加入酸柑汁,你也可以加一滴的青色素。

  3. 蛋白打直硬后倒入(2)

  4. 将混合体倒入排盘里,烘15-20分钟即可

  5. 冷却后冷藏约3小时

  6. 鲜奶油打法,装饰。

Ingrediant

135g Digestive Biscuit   60g Caster Sugar  75g Butter, softened   400g sondensed milk   125ml freshly squeezed lime   2tsp grated lime zest   2 eggs   Green colouring,  Lime to decorate


Method


  1. Preheat oven 170C, Mix biscuit crumbs, sugar and buutter, press mixture to the bottom of the pie dish.

  2. With whisk or fork, stir condensed milk with eggs and then lime jiuce, a drop of gren colour to tint the mixture.

  3. Beat the egg white till stiff peaks, gently fold egg white into lime mixture.

  4. Pour the mixtue into the pie dish. Bake 15-20min or till just firm.

  5. Cool on wire rack, refrigerate until wll chilled, abour 3 hours

  6. Whip the fresh cream and decorateof your choice.
