大家都爱 - 乌达乌达 Otak Otak



没用的我, 老公不在的每一个晚上都没法子好好的睡觉。 心总是怪怪又挂挂的,尽管早早上床还是没法入睡,然后又半夜里无端端的起身。 这样的好几天,终于我都因为休息不好而感冒了。  真没用。  看来我是实在的“跟得夫人” 
老公回来了,我又安稳的睡觉。今天感觉特好, 也做了很多事情。满意!



喜欢做乌达, 是因为大家都爱吃。 而且非常简单,属于娘惹的“0” 油烟菜肴之一吧!
早上儿子竟把最后的两个当了他的早餐, 也不知道他是怎么个吃法,夹面包吗?也许吧!

Ingrediant
1/2kg bonelessfish meat    2 small onion   1 tsb belacan  2 stalks lemon grass  2cm galanggal   3-4 red chilies   1tsp  turmeric powder   1 egg  sugar to taste   1tbsp cornflour   180ml thick coconut milk   salt to taste  banana leaf, oil


MEthod
1.Preheat oven to180c
2. Grind onions,belacan,lemongrass,galanggal n red chilies with coconut milk toa fine paste
3. Mix the fish meat paste, egg,sugarand cornflour, beat until smooth
Cut banana leaf to desired size.Scald the leaf andrub with oil. Place the mixture and fold \.
Bake until firm. Approx 20min.
