收拾冰箱无意间发现芒果,就好好利用吧!
7" 慕丝盘
材料
底层 Oreo 或其他饼干- 100克 牛油 40克
蛋糕体 奶油乳酪 250克 柠檬汁 1 大匙 细砂糖 60克 芒果汁 150ML 明胶粉 1大匙 滚水3 大匙 鲜奶油 200ML 糖粉 3大匙
上层 芒果果冻
做法
将饼干压碎,再与牛油混合,压入烘盘,放入冰箱。
打法鲜奶油,同样放入冰箱
取3大匙滚水,再徐徐加入明胶粉,搅拌至完全溶解。
将奶油乳酪柠檬汁细砂糖混合并搅拌至滑

将一半的5混合体倒入盘中,放入切好的芒果,再将剩下的倒入
冷藏1小时后,准备好芒果果冻后,倒在上层。继续冷藏至少3小时。

100g digestive biscuit crumbs or oreo biscuit crumbs 40g melted butter
Filling:
250g cream cheese 1 tbsp lemon juice 60g sugar
150ML mango juice 1 tbsp gelatine 3 tbsp boiling water
200ml whipping cream (whipped) 3 tbsp icing sugar
1 mango (cubed)
Mango Jelly topping:
Method:
1. Mix biscuit crumbs with melted butter and press firmly on to base of cake pan. Chill in the fridge
2. Whip whipping cream with3 tbsp icing sugar till stiff ,chilled.
3. Dissolve gelatine powder in 3 tbsp boiling water.
4. Cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice together till smooth ,add gelatine to mango juice and blend well.
5. Stir mango mixture into cheese mixture and combine till well mixed. Blend in the whipped cream.
6. Pour half of the cheese mixture onto cake base and add in the mango cube ,and then the rest of the cheese mixture. Chill for at least an hour.
7. Prepared the mango jelly. Pour topping gently onto chilled cheesecake. Chill for at least 3 hours before serving.
三小时后,迫不及待的将一片装入肚子里,Mmmmmmmm,好吃。
