五香肉卷

每年的年夜饭,五香肉卷一定会在桌上出现。外婆家的大年初一聚餐中,也不会没有的一道菜,就一直认为这是潮州人家的菜肴之一。一直到看了小娘惹电视剧后才晓得,那是娘惹菜肴。我一直都喜欢这道食物,只是有时觉得太费时了,样样都是剁烂,或切碎。之后又是蒸,又是炸的,但是馋嘴时也顾不了了。
今天打电话给妈妈,她却说,她没做肉卷,因销路不佳,唉,我呢是想吃,要自己做,家人呢是有妈妈做却没人要吃,太不像话了。


材料
1公斤碎肉(剁烂)  800克虾(剁烂) 200克马蹄(切碎) 2颗红萝(切碎) 20颗香菇 (切碎)  腐竹皮 4片


调味料
盐  鸡精粉 酱油 麻油 五香粉 胡椒粉 - 依个人喜好加减量


做法:

  • 将材料连同调味料搅拌均匀。
  • 将一份内馅放在腐竹皮上,做成长条,卷紧。
  • 大火蒸30分钟,再热油炸至金黄色,切片,沾上辣椒酱食用。

  1. hehe...last Sat did 2kg mince pork. Steamed & frezer them. Will fried them on 1st day of CNY n bring to Phil's aunt hse for lunch and some kept for Helena come back fr Bali next Monday to hav dinner with me. A must for CNY right?

  2. yeah, we are from the same family Yes a must for CNY but i fiished all my mum sambal chili which it is very good to go with. Should try to prepare some myself now :)
